Seeds of Hope Therapy · Madison, WI
At Seeds of Hope Therapy, LLC, we provide trauma-informed, empowering therapy for teens and young adults who grew up in difficult home situations as we learn to set boundaries and heal from the burdens that were too heavy to carry. Many of my clients are the ones who say “I’m fine”, while they’re burned out & pretending to have it all together & caring for everyone else. If that’s you, you’re in the right place. We treat Issues such as PTSD, complex childhood experiences, attachment wounds, addictive behaviors, relational hurts, complex family dynamics, self esteem, and empowerment. We take a holistic approach, particularly passionate about those living life with a disability, as we understand the intersection of body, brain and spiritual pain - with a Christian counseling worldview if desired. Many of our clients didn’t feel close with a parent growing up, and are now learning to break generational cycles! Welcome, we’re glad you’re here. In person from our beautiful office, virtual from our HIPAA compliant platform in the comfort of your own home, EMDR, walk & talk options offered. All through a compassionate, teamwork approach.

I understand it takes a lot to make the first step in seeking help. If you are here, I believe you have shown great courage to engage in deeper self-exploration and make sense of your life in a new way. Right now, you may feel scared to share the truest parts of you with others. When that fear shows up, our bodies might tense or shrink; we might want to hide, limit our choices, or push people away—especially when we’re still carrying the weight of painful memories from the past. Similarly, when children struggle to trust adults in their lives and feel unsafe in their bodies, we see big, baffling behaviors.
I believe healing begins in the presence of safety, empathy, and connection. I specialize in using attachment-based interventions to create a safe space for couples and families to experience each other with more trust, deeper understanding and less reactivity. When I work with children, I use Somatic Experiential Play to process challenging experiences.
Hardship does leave a mark on our bodies and our minds, but healing is possible. I am not here to "fix" you, your spouse or your child. I am here to hold and contain the unspeakable feelings and experiences and be a witness to your growth in resilience as you find the strength and wisdom to support your loved ones as well.
